6 things to make your life easier before the festival
1) How do I purchase same-day ticket or upgrade my ticket on the day of the festival?
General Admission ticket holders can upgrade their ticket before the event online and during the event at our VIP Upgrade Desk, located inside the main entrance doors once you enter the festival. Keep your eyes on social media, VIP upgrades will be available through social media contests. Like and follow us on Facebook and Twitter!
For those last minute planners…General Admission and VIP tickets will be on-sale online until we sell out. We encourage you to buy online to ensure entrance and avoid lines at the box office. There will also be an additional handling fee of $10 at the door.
2. What fashion trends will I see at Snowstorm Fest?
White pants…White tops…White fur…White boots…White accessories…We are excited you will be participating through your wardrobe. Make good use of all that white eyelet lace flooding stores in the wake of NYFW. Get decked out all in your crispest whites to access special viewing and seating areas.
3. When is the best arrival time?
Attendees will have access to the lobby area 1-hour before doors open starting at 5pm (Doors open at 6pm). We encourage attendees to arrive as early as possible to ensure you don’t miss a beat!
Important Party Starter Ticket Holders: You must arrive before 8:00PM – if late, we will charge the difference of a party starter and general admission ticket ($20) at the door
4. Where is the festival located and what transportation options do I have?
Snowstorm is located at the far east end of Navy Pier in the Grand Ballroom and Lakeview Terrace. Just a heads up, you may enter through the main doors of Navy Pier, BUT will have quite a way to walk.
We recommend using our official transportation partner, Uber. If traveling by Taxi and getting dropped off, refer to map above. Take Grand Avenue on the north side of Navy Pier to the far east end, the closest drop off location to the festival gates is Entrance 2. Navy Pier has parking available for $20 in the east and west parking garages. We recommend paying through the automated pay stations throughout the pier. 5. Where do I check-in and will I need a printed ticket?
Directional signage will indicate dedicated areas for Party Starter/General Admission check-in and VIP/Luxury check-in (note: these are in separate areas). Party Starters and General Admission ticket holders will enter through entrance 2 on level 1. VIP/Luxury will also enter through entrance 2 but will head upstairs to level 2.
We encourage attendees to print their tickets but you can also check-in by showing us your email confirmation on your phone OR we can search your name in our ticketing system. All options will require a valid ID.

6. What does my ticket get me access to and will there be food and drink at the event?
All pass holders have access to 2 stages and eleven artists in addition to a transcending experience that will exceed the typical musical festival.
Bring cash or credit to purchase your favorite beer, wine, or specialty cocktail. There will be hardy and light food options for purchase.
Enjoy an unlimited open bar all night (6pm-1am), powered by Red Bull, with whimsical personal drink service by Redmoon performers. There will be complimentary passed bites throughout the evening to curb your appetite.
Important VIP Pass Holders: It is a full open bar, we ask that you drink responsibly. The safety of every fan, artists and staff member is our top priority. We will have water offered at all bars, please ensure you stay hydrated.
